Job Title: Ecommerce Manager (Amazon, TikTok Shop & Temu) Job Type: Full-time; Remote Working Hours: M-F PST Scope of the Role: The Ecommerce Manager will own and scale marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Temu.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising product listings, managing paid acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Temu Own marketplace performance, including revenue, conversion rates, and profitability Plan and execute product launches and scaling strategies across all platforms Manage Amazon PPC and TikTok Ads campaigns, optimising for ROAS and growth Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets (UGC, ads, PDP content) Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure stock availability and forecasting accuracy Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and growth opportunities Test and implement new growth channels and strategies 3–6+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace management Proven track record managing Amazon, TikTok Shop, and/or Temu stores Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Experience with paid media (Amazon PPC, TikTok Ads) Ability to manage multiple channels in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and project management skills Fluent in English
