About the Role:

We areseeking ahighly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized knowledge in the billing platform to boost Avid's e-commerce business by adopting cutting-edge solutions that improve D2C experienceand increase Subscription user base. This individual will focus on eCommerce solution, platform services, and digital subscription lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have capability to take ownership and poses deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with core Salesforce features, Billing Package, CPQ, Order management, Invoice jobsand Assetmanagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of scalableSalesforcebilling platform services, optimizeInvoice Jobsand integrations with Payment Gateway

  
  

• Architect and implementsolutions forDigital subscription lifecycleincludingRecurring billing, Renewals, upgrades, and cancellations

  
  

• Proactively Lead the effort to build and monitor Order processing, License provisioning, Asset creation and license deposit process flows

  
  

• Build and optimize recurring modulesto manageallSubscription plansincluding monthly, annual, and usage-based billing

  
  

• Provide technicalassistance tooversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities

  
  

• Collaborate with Product owners to capturerequirementsand translateinto technical designs and best-practice architecture.

  
  

• Enhance integrations with ERP systems (NetSuite &RevPro) via middleware platform, Workato 

  
  

• Collaborate with Customer Service,Sales, eCommerce,Marketing, Finance, ERP and Product ownersto design, develop and deploy periodic releases 

  
  

• Participateinweekly release management of Salesforce config and customizationsSbyleveraging CI/CD pipelines to ensure release integrity 

  
  

• Supportandmaintainexisting applicationsand drive continuous improvement initiatives

  
  

• Proactively monitorRecurring billing job performance, manage Subscription Renewal flows,data integrityacross digital licensing platformsto ensure the platform is scalable and efficient

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in acomputerscience orequivalent work experience.

  
  

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least4+ yearsfocusedonimplementingorenhancingSalesforceBilling Platformsolutions

  
  

• Experience withTriggers,ApexClasses, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future method, SOQL, LWC, Flows, REST APIs, Callouts, Platform Events, Data Modeling,Migration  andexposure to CI/CD tools, GitHub

  
  

• Working experience on Digital Licensing platforms ishighly preferred

  
  

• Deep technical proficiency withBilling andCPQmodules, ProductParent and variant architecture,Pricing, Promotions, Invoices and Life cycle Asset management

  
  

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities,Governorlimits, and governance best practices

  
  

• Experience withPlatformintegrationswithERP (e.g., NetSuite) and otherexternal toolsisdesired

  
  

• Excellent communication skillsto lead the conversations Business owners,with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and lead requirement sessions

  
  

• Comfortable working in or overlapping with Eastern Time (New York/AMER) businesshours
