We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on recruiter with strong experience in early career hiring, specifically students and interns, through global student organizations such as AIESEC. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers while owning the end to end recruitment and mobility journey for early talent.
This role is ideal for someone who has real recruiting experience, thrives in stakeholder-heavy environments, and understands early career ecosystems such as universities, internships, and organizations like AIESEC.
What You’ll Do
Early Career Recruiting
  • Own end to end hiring for internship roles
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers & HRBPs to define requirements, hiring strategy, timelines, and assessments
  • Posting roles on AIESEC portals, screen, interview, manage selections, and deliver offers for early career candidates
  • Act as a trusted recruiting advisor, not an order taker
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills match to JD, learning agility, potential, and culture fit
  • Track and report hiring metrics (applications, conversion rates, offer acceptance, diversity)
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience for students and first-time job seekers

Intern & Early Career Mobility
  • Coordinate visa, work authorization, and mobility processes for interns and graduates, including verification of eligibility criteria.
  • Partner with HR, and the AIESEC organization
  • Guide candidates through documentation, timelines, and compliance steps
  • Identify risks and continuously improve early career mobility processes

Required Experience & Skills
  • 2–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on early career or intern hiring
  • Proven background working with universities / colleges or Student bodies, placement cells, or global student organizations such as AIESEC
  • Global or regional experience hiring students or interns for business roles or tech, digital, analytics roles (depending on role scope)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (HR, hiring managers, external partners)
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines with short turnaround times
  • First experience coordinating or owning visa / immigration / mobility processes
  • Comfortable working with ATS and recruiting analytics
