Scope of the Role The eCommerce Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and oversee projects that drive sales and brand growth on Amazon (our primary sales channel) and Shopify.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a remote environment and can manage multiple digital projects, freelancers, and external partners efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities Manage and execute eCommerce projects such as updating Amazon listings, launching new products, and enhancing online content.
Coordinate and communicate clearly with contractors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Organize and translate ideas from leadership and team meetings into actionable project plans.
Oversee updates or creation of new product labels and listings.
Ensure all content meets Amazon and Shopify specifications, including image quality, formatting, and SEO optimization.
Maintain organized project timelines and documentation using project management tools.
Manage relationships with external partners, including advertising and creative agencies.
Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency before publication.
Years of Experience 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce project management, brand management, or a similar role.
Background Proven track record managing Amazon and/or Shopify product listings.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and SEO best practices.
Experience coordinating multiple freelancers or remote contractors.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Passion for natural beauty, wellness, or organic product industries is a plus.
Tools and Software Project management tools: Trello, Asana, or Monday.
