Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan detailing scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Facilitate communications between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews to align with design metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and drive integration of Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent with10+ years of experience in delivering software development projects with 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Experience playing progressive roles in Telecom Mobile Core or RAN Network Function SW Development projects – from Developer to Project Manager
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including practical experience with Scrum and Kanban, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint reviews.
  • Expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals, project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint. 

Nice-To-Have:


  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and familiarity with Lean practices for process improvement.
  • Experience on Cloud Infra viz., Red Hat OCP, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
