The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensures information is managed in line with Mace procedures and project systems.
• Manages onboarding of staff and external parties to project systems.
• Oversees quality checks for all incoming documents.
• Creates and updates distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintains project work package matrix and assigns documents accordingly.
• Produces in‑app reports to support project team requirements.
• Administers user access and permissions across project systems.
• Ensures RFI and other key processes operate effectively, supporting net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
