This position (Director, Sales) will be responsible for developing and executing the channel and enterprise sales strategy across India for SOTI’s top-tier partners and select large direct customers. As the Director, you will formulate and execute strategies to maximise business growth across current and new product solutions. This role requires leadership of a group of Enterprise Account Executives who will consult and sell to SOTI’s partners, customers, and prospects. This leader acts as a trusted strategic advisor for internal stakeholder groups on key opportunities, challenges, and growth strategies.
This role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, OEM Alliances, Professional Services, Business Operations, Finance, Development, and Human Resources. Therefore, cross-functional collaboration and orchestration are essential. This leader will be a high-impact individual capable of driving strong business outcomes, employee development, and exceptional customer experience.
The Director is fully responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organisational goals. Aligning with the sales strategy, the Sales Leader defines and implements plans for assigned accounts to achieve sales objectives.
