Your future role

Step into a high-impact leadership role where engineering meets innovation at scale.

You’ll lead and grow a multi-disciplinary global product engineering organization, partnering closely with teams across regions to drive New Product Development (NPD), Value Engineering, and Sustaining Engineering.

Working alongside passionate leaders and experts across the globe, you will:

• Influence how products are built, improved, and delivered
• Shape engineering strategy and operating models
• Build a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a critical role across multiple dimensions:

🌍 Strategic Leadership

• Align engineering capabilities with global product roadmaps and business priorities
• Partner with Product Management and Segment Engineering leaders worldwide
• Represent GCC engineering in global forums and influence key decisions

👥 Building & Leading Teams

• Develop high-performing engineering leaders and teams
• Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
• Drive capability building, succession planning, and talent growth

⚙️ Engineering Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to commercialization
• Ensure delivery on time, with quality and cost efficiency
• Provide strategic technical oversight across engineering domains to strengthen engineering excellence and alignment with global standards
• Strengthen engineering fundamentals, design rigor, and global standards

📈 Continuous Improvement

• Drive productivity, reduce lead times, and improve product quality
• Drive improvements in delivery, productivity, quality, and engineering efficiency metrics across global teams
• Embed Lean and data-driven performance culture
• Standardize tools, processes, and governance across global teams

💡 Innovation & Collaboration

• Enable cross-functional collaboration across Product, Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain
• Foster innovation with SMEs, R&D, and global stakeholders

All about you

We value leadership mindset, curiosity, and impact over ticking every box.

That said, here’s what will help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related)
• 15+ years of experience, with strong exposure to global engineering environments
• Proven leadership experience in product engineering or similar domains
• Strong understanding of NPD, sustaining, and value engineering models
• Ability to lead in a complex, matrixed, global setup
• A natural collaborator who can influence across cultures and functions
