Job description

We are Teva
We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.

The Opportunity

The Digital Workforce Center of Excellence (CoE) sits within DADAI, Teva’s enterprise engine for Digital, Data, and AI. The CoE owns employee‑facing digital and AI capabilities—including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Generative AI—and ensures they are governed, adopted, and used to deliver measurable business value.
As Director, AI Literacy & Digital Capability, you will lead Teva’s enterprise AI literacy and digital capability program, enabling executives and employees to confidently and responsibly use AI to improve productivity, decision‑making, and innovation at scale.
This role combines strategic capability leadership, hands‑on digital and AI fluency, large‑scale program management, and vendor orchestration.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

AI Literacy & Capability Leadership
Define and lead Teva’s AI literacy strategy, moving the organization from awareness to practical, role‑based fluency.
Design tiered learning journeys that translate AI and digital capabilities into clear business use cases and everyday ways of working.
Drive adoption and change by reducing tech anxiety and building confidence in responsible AI usage.

Enterprise Program Management
Own the end‑to‑end program management of multiple AI literacy and digital capability initiatives running in parallel across regions, personas, and business units.
Establish clear governance, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to ensure delivery at enterprise scale.
Act as the central orchestrator across CoEs, HR, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Digital & AI Fluency (Lead by Example)
Serve as a power user of AI‑enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
Maintain strong technical fluency across Generative AI, data platforms, automation, and digital workplace ecosystems.
Translate complex technical capabilities into practical, Teva‑ready guidance and standards.

Integration, Value & Partners
Sit at the intersection of the Digital, Data, and AI CoEs, aligning roadmaps into a coherent literacy and adoption narrative.
Measure success through business impact and value realization, not training volume.
Manage strategic vendors and partners, ensuring quality delivery, alignment with Teva standards and Responsible AI principles, and clear ROI.

Key Partnerships
Digital, Data & AI CoE Leads – Align platforms, roadmaps, and standards into usable AI literacy and adoption.
Business Unit Liaisons – Translate enterprise AI capabilities into BU‑specific priorities, use cases, and measurable outcomes.
Culture & Talent (HR) – Jointly lead change management, capability building, and workforce transformation.
Executive Leadership – Enable confident, informed decision‑making through practical AI fluency.

Your Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years in digital strategy, technology leadership, or technical capability development.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale AI or digital literacy programs, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Strong program management expertise, managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience managing and influencing external vendors and partners.
  • Executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity without losing technical depth.
