With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the ED Analytics team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities.Charter is to drive scale for the business and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of ED Analytics is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. 


The Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team within the broader EDEA team (Enterprise Digital Experimentation and Analytics) in ED Analytics supports optimization of our paid channels/brand activities, create enterprise channel level reports and build scalable enterprise solutions for elevating performance marketing. The team specializes in using data around digital marketing, internal acquisitions data, external channel data and investment data to improve our ROI across the marketing funnel. 


This role will report to the Vice President of Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team and will be based in Gurgaon. 



Responsibilities:
  • Support innovation in search landscape across markets


  • Provide regular support to markets to drive scale and efficiency to optimize content as well as paid strategy


  • Build advanced measurement solutions for the channel


  • Anticipate changing customer needs and how customers discover amex content and act on it


  • Continue to bring strong external perspective to maintain our differentiated advantage in this space


  • Partner with external agencies and platforms to build solutions that drive actionable business insights



Qualifications:
  • Post graduate Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred
  • Proven experience of leading digital marketing analytics teams and working on insights with partners, with a track record of consistently delivering results though developing advance analytics and platforms
  • Superior problem-solving/decision making skills
  • Excellent teamwork and thought leadership skills with experience collaborating with partners across the globe
  • Strategic and analytical orientation - numerical with forecasting, plus Financial acumen to drive business analyses
