We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digitalization Specialist to join our Third Party Cyber Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the development and optimization of our SureSTaRT tool, ensuring it meets current and future business needs. This role involves gathering requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, collaborating with third-party developers, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional capabilities and improvements.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for the SureSTaRT tool.
  • Technical Translation: Translate business requirements into clear, concise technical specifications to guide development efforts.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Partner with third-party developers to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of tool functionalities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the delivered solutions meet requirements and function as expected.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements or new capabilities within the SureSTaRT tool to improve user experience and meet evolving business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, technical specifications, and implementation processes for future reference.
  • Project Management: Monitor timelines and progress, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and project management.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and systems development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external developers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digitalization or automation projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools or platforms similar to SureSTaRT is a plus.
  • Ability to foresee potential system enhancements based on business trends and user feedback.
