ABOUT THE ROLE



Role Description:



The DevOps Engineeris responsible fordesigning, building,maintaining, analyzing, andoptimizinginfrastructure and deployment pipelines to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role focuses on automating processes, improving system reliability, and enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to support businessobjectives. The position involves working with complex systems and environments,supportingand executing infrastructure governance initiatives, and implementing monitoring and observability solutions to ensure systems are accessible, reliable, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidatemust havestrong Python skills to support automation, deployment, and infrastructure management activities,experience with cloud and automation technologies, and a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture and CI/CD processes.



Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Design, build, andmaintainscalable cloud infrastructure.



  • Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.



  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.



  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability, implementing proactive measures to prevent outagesandmaintainsrespective KPIs.



  • Support and execute infrastructure governance, security, and compliance initiatives.



  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release cycles and improve system resilience.



  • Analyze system logs, metrics, and performance data toidentifyoptimization opportunities.



  • Implement containerization and orchestration solutions to improve scalability and portability.



  • Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and architectural designs.




  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.



Basic Qualifications and Experience:



  • Master's / Bachelor’s degree and8to10years ofComputer Science,ITor related fieldexperience 



Functional Skills:



Must-Have Skills:



  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).



  • Proficiencyin Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).



  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).



  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).



  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).



  • Solid understanding of system architecture, networking, and security best practices.



  • Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)



Good-to-Have Skills:



  • Experience withautomated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress. 



  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).



  • Knowledge ofDevSecOpspractices and automated security testing.
