Your impact
The role focuses on developing architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations. The role ensures adherence to building codes, regulations, and client standards, and requires close coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants to achieve fully integrated design solutions. The selected candidate will participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits as needed, while maintaining project timelines and supporting junior designers through mentorship. Candidates with a Diploma/ITI and 7+ years of Revit‑based architectural experience, strong detailing knowledge, and familiarity with additional design tools are preferred.

• Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit.
• Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits as needed.
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables with precision and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns.

Here's what you'll need

• Diploma or ITI 
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design in revit.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
