The project:

This is a 1.5 million sq. ft. of R&D centre and factory project in electronic city, Bengaluru, comprising of 2 basements and five towers of different height each. It is an SEZ and industrial construction project.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinate activities to deliver business plan outcomes on time and within budget.
• Lead and guide design management resources, ensuring briefs and stakeholder requirements are met.
• Provide operational support and governance across the project lifecycle, maintaining compliance with management systems.
• Analyse and present key performance data, supporting management reviews and business development initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing through Centres of Excellence and company networks.
• Drive sustainability by supporting the transition to net zero carbon and proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
