Job Description

Reports To :           Manager Supply Planning & Buying


  • Supply Planning: 
  • Translate demand forecasts in determining what to purchase to meet future needs.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust the Master Production Plan (MPP) and inventory replenishment plans.
  • Track plan versus actual, discussion and fix the gaps with manufacturing team.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Identify supply shortages or logistics risks, creating mitigation plans to ensure continuity.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align supply strategies with business goals.
  • Rough cut capacity planning input to S&OP meet.
  • Prioritize work orders, manage production schedules, and adjust for fluctuations in demand.
  • Utilize ERP systems (like SAP) to maintain data accuracy and create KPI reports on vendor performance and inventory turnover.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with logistics, sales, marketing, and operations to align on demand forecasts and product lifecycles

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate Any Stream + bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Operations Management.
  • Experience:  5 to 6 Year, Previous experience in supply  planning or inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis tools.
  • Advantage: Worked in lean set up.
