Job Purpose Manage Funnel & Merchandising for B2B Marketplace for Consumer Durables, Digital Product Finance & E-Commerce Product Duties and Responsibilities Communication & Campaigns: • Design interventions to Improve efficiencies of Add to Cart, PDP Views.
• Improve funnel Conversion Metrics.
Performance Monitoring: • Merchandising Activities w.
r.t Refreshing of Banners, Placement of Correct SKUs basis coverage, New Brand Pages creation, Merchandising Governance etc • Engagement with BFDL & OEM teams to close loop.
• Create dashboards & reports with the help BIU & Analytics team.
Stakeholder Management: • Liaising with BFDL to ensure immediate Platform issues resolution & requests closure • Capabilities regarding Merchandising & cross-functional co-ordination with BFDL Metrics • B2B Marketplace Orders • Funnel – User/PDP Views • Drive CTR from Merchandising • Monthly Dashboard on Performance of Merchandising Key Decisions / Dimensions • Prioritization of work • Trade Offs with external & internal stakeholders for getting campaigns & reports executed within timelines Major Challenges • Business escalations cause by technology glitch or difficulties • Dependency on external partners & tech teams for day to day activities Required Qualifications and Experience a) Qualifications Post Graduation – MBA, B.
E, B Tech b) Work Experience Total Experience: 4-6 years Relevant Experience: 1 –2 years 1.
Prior experience in E-Commerce, Digital marketing is preferred 2.
Prior experience in Campaign management is an added advantage 3.
Prior experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage 4.
Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 5.
Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills 6.
High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials 7.
Leadership qualities are a must have
