The Deputy Manager, HR & IR. You will be responsible for performing HR and IR related duties on a professional level and works closely with Deputy General Manager, HR.
HR Responsibilities:
Ensure timely completion of plant recruitment activities within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time). Provide support to the DGM and HR Manager for recruitment of Level 1 to Level 4 plant employees, facilitating the hiring process, assisting hiring managers with PRJD creation, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes.
Serve as the primary contact for all labor relations issues, including contract administration and grievance resolution.
Design and deliver training sessions on labor laws, company policies, and procedures to enhance employee awareness regarding their rights, responsibilities, and industrial relations practices.
Implement strategies to foster positive employee relations, engagement, and internal communication. Collaborate with department managers and HR teams to resolve employee concerns and ensure a harmonious workplace.
Promote employee wellness initiatives and actively support plant-level safety training programs.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including monthly birthday celebrations, festive events, team gatherings, and sports events.
Maintaining all mandatory records as per Govt. regulations like attendance, Leave, OT register
General Affair & Compliances
Act as the point of contact for labor departments, environmental boards, Factory Inspector, and other regulatory bodies.
Handle inspections, audits, and visits from government officials and ensure full compliance and cooperation.
Proposing and Implementing an Internal Control plan regarding Government Affair and Facility Management.
Manage relations with external stakeholders: communities, all spheres of government to ensure proper compliance with regulatory and Laws.
Ensure timely Renewal and Update of All Industrial Operating License (Includes and not limited to CTO, Waste disposal, Facility management, other registration).
Ensure timely Renewal and Update of All other License.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
Managing and Overviewing All Factory and Office Rental AgreementsAdministration Responsibilities:
Supervise plant security operations, including oversight of security personnel, access controls.
Manage employee transportation services, ensuring adherence to scheduled office timings.
Oversee canteen operations, maintaining hygiene and service standards through regular inspections and monitoring of food quality and quantity.
Supervise the housekeeping agency and ensure consistent maintenance of housekeeping standards across the facility.
