Play a key role in shaping winning, sustainable solutions by owning the end‑to‑end costing and commercial estimation of capital equipment, retrofits, spares, and service offerings.


You’ll work in close partnership with Sales, Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Bid teams to deliver clear, accurate, and timely pricing that supports confident decision‑making, balances risk, and drives profitable growth—while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative, and values‑driven workplace.


What you’ll do


  • End-to-end estimation & cost modelling for capital equipment, engineered-to-order solutions, brownfield upgrades, and spares, translating BOMs and drawings into accurate bottom‑up cost models.
  • Pricing & commercial strategy, converting costs into robust price build-ups with target margins, including TCO comparisons and value‑based pricing narratives.
  • Tendering & proposal support, delivering accurate costing sheets, price schedules, and margin analysis to support timely, compliant, and competitive bids.
  • Data, tools & continuous improvement, owning estimation templates, CPQ rules, cost libraries, and win/loss analytics to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration, partnering with Sales, Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal, with occasional travel to support stakeholder and customer engagement.

What you’ll bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; MBA/PGDM in Operations or Finance preferred
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in estimation, pricing, or commercial finance within mining equipment, heavy engineering, process equipment, or EPC environments
  • Strong track record supporting Sales and Service teams on capital equipment bids and aftermarket solutions
  • Sound working knowledge of GST, customs, INCOTERMS, foreign exchange, and commercial risk levers including liquidated damages and performance guarantees  Experience with cost modelling tools, CPQ systems, TCO analysis, and value‑based pricing methodologies
  • Exposure to continuous improvement practices, data analytics, and global mining industry trends, including sustainability initiatives
