What would you do? The Billing Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for performing billing reconciliation activities to help businesses maintain accurate financial records, avoid overcharges or undercharges, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and improve overall financial management by comparing and matching internal financial records against external statements or invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
This role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in Billing
Primary purpose of this position: • Executes timely and accurate transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and completion of RevOps and Billing processes, development and production of required reports and analysis. • Delivery of process requirements to achieve Service Levels and Key Performance targets.
• Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations.
• Provide customer service support and SWAT support for requests escalated from Wholesaler personnel and Contact Center.
• Assumes and completes project responsibilities in a timely and accurate fashion. Main Accountability:
• Perform data entry, transaction Audit activities. Ensure all transactions are performed with a high level of accuracy and in a timely fashion. • • Order to Cash - Perform more complex Revenue Quality Management activities – Rates Audit, Pre-billing checks, reconciliations, rectifications, System report audit to identify gaps. • Resolve all gaps related to Price, Quantity etc before billing to reduce Revenue Leakage . • Ensure SOX, internal, and external standards/regulations, and controls are in place and complied with.

• 7-8+ years of applicable work experience in Order to Cash functions • Strong conceptual Accounting Knowledge
• Strong auditing skills
• Strong MS Excel Skills
• Knowledge in General Accounting/ Reconciliation
• Knowledge of SAP (preferable)
• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
