Job Description

We areseekingaData Scientistto developnext-generation Security Analytics products. You will work closely with engineers and product managers toprototype, design, develop, andoptimizedata-driven security solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background inmachine learning,especially in the NLP/GenAI domain.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deployMachine Learning models.

  
  

• Collaborate withProduct Managementand cross-functional stakeholders to define problem statements, develop solution strategies, and design scalableML systems.

  
  

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to buildGenAIcapabilitiesto drive business impact.

  
  

• Createinsightful data visualizations, technical reports, and presentations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  
  

• Deploy ML models in production and implementmonitoring frameworksto ensure model performance, stability, and continuous improvement.

  
  

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or Ph.D.inComputer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  
  

• 2-5 yearsof experience inMachine Learningprojects, including model development, deployment, and optimization.

  
  

• Deep understanding ofML algorithms, theirmathematical foundations, and real-world trade-offs.

  
  

• ExpertiseinNLPtechniqueslikeNamed Entity Recognition,InformationRetrieval,Textclassification, Text-to-TextGenerationetc. 

  
  

• Familiarity and working experience ofGenAIapplications,Experience withprompting,fine-tuningandoptimizingLLMs.

  
  

• Knowledge of recent advancements and trends inGenAI,demonstratinga commitment to continuous learning in this rapidly evolving field.

  
  

• Hands-on experience withML frameworkssuch asScikit-Learn, TensorFlow,PyTorch,LangChain,vLLMetc.

  
  

• Strong programming skills inPythonand/or Java.

  
  

• Experience inSQL, Pandas, andPySparkfor efficientdata manipulation.

  
  

• Familiarity withmicroservice architectures, CI/CD,MLOpsbest practices.

  
  

• Strongcommunication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; a collaborativeteam player.

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity withdistributed computing frameworkssuch asHadoop, Spark, and OpenSearch.

  
  

• Published researchin AI/ML inpeer-reviewed journals or top conferences(e.g.,NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).

  
  

• Prior experience applyingAI/ML to cybersecurity use cases.

  
  

• BasicproficiencyinUnix/Linux environmentsforscripting and automation.
