Key Responsibilities Translate data privacy regulations into technical controls and system requirements Implement data discovery, classification, and data mapping processes Manage consent frameworks, data subject rights (DSR), and data retention policies Apply privacy-enhancing technologies such as encryption, anonymization, and masking Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and support internal/external audits Collaborate with engineering and security teams to integrate privacy controls into systems Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations and internal policies Monitor and improve privacy practices across platforms and data workflows What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of experience in data privacy, security, or compliance technology Strong understanding and hands-on experience with regulations such as GDPR, DPDPA, and CCPA Familiarity with privacy frameworks and implementation of privacy controls Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Basic programming knowledge in Python or Java (preferred) Understanding of data security principles including encryption and data protection techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams Certifications such as CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM (preferred) Exposure to privacy tools like OneTrust or BigID (preferred)
