An Ideal Candidate:



· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred



· 5+ years of experience in data migration and Microsoft SQL Server development



· Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is preferred/required



· Experience working with at least one ERP system (Deltek, JDE, Oracle ERP, etc.)



· Proven experience handling data migration projects for medium to large organizations



Strong expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries and data transformation logic



Key Competencies:



· Collaborate with project teams to define data migration requirements.



· Analyze and map data structures between legacy systems and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.



· Develop, test, and execute SQL-based migration scripts and procedures.



· Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.



· Execute production data migrations and provide post-migration support.



Design and customize reports using Microsoft Visual Studio



· Create and maintain workflows in Deltek Vantagepoint.



Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
