Location:         MGS India (Bhartiya Centre of Information Technology, Thanisandra Main Rd, Kannuru Bengaluru- 560064 India)      


Position Details:


Reporting to HR Technology Integrations Manager, responsible for delivering integrated business services to assigned HR Organization.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Data Integration Specialist with deep knowledge on Python, unix shell scripting and handling databases and SQL.
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision with Business and Risk Management to assess risk and develop controls and mitigation strategies for risk areas.
  • Work with project teams, technology stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the design, development and implementation of applications programs and services meet organization’s information security, risk, change management and other policies.
  • Work with Application owners, SMEs in HR area to support audit test steps on high-risk applications and coordinate audit activities among Risk, Internal Audit teams and application owners.
  • Function as SME and supply Governance, Information Security process knowledge on required subject-areas and systems.
  • Ensure that process maps and documentation for HR Technology portfolio remain current, and that process changes are effectively led from a control perspective.
  • Support implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the HR Technology portfolio.
  • Develop & maintain inventory of information maps, including authoritative systems, owners
  • Effective communication, presentation and documentation skills. The job involves extensive reviewing, creating and maintaining documentation related to process compliance, audit and Information security; so, ability to comprehend and write effective documents is mandatory.
  • Some experience with IT projects or program management, esp., pertaining to Security, Audit or Risk is desirable.
  • Support governance processes for HR Technology to ensure that it’s effective, properly maintained, and operating efficiently.
  • Good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Provide progress reports to management and handle periodic updates

Job Requirements:


  • Working knowledge of office productivity tools- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power apps, Visio and Project
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas apps) to deliver automation capabilities using low/no-code solutions
  • Technical Experience in Developing Single Sign On (SSO) solutions using MS Azure, Ping will be a plus
  • Experience in retrieving, analyzing, and transforming data into useful business insights by using business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI for data visualization, data warehousing, dashboards, and reporting is a plus
  • Experience with Rest API is a definite plus
  • Some experience working on or supporting corporate HR applications and tools, such as Workday is a plus.
  • Must be a strong communicator and team player
  • Ability to work independently, be flexible, decision oriented, and motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams with conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills including the ability to bring together various teams and resources to deliver results
  • Proactive, results oriented approach to assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills interacting with various levels of the organization. Good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills

Education level:


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Security or equivalent postgraduate in IT related domain.


Experience:


Minimum 4-6 years’ experience working in ETL-Informatica along with Unix, Shell/Python scripting, Database management as a Senior Developer Or IT project lead supporting Banking applications/domain.
