DD&O and iShift Enablement accelerates the transformation of Global Business Operations and Corporate Functions by delivering powerful digital solutions and AI at scale. We partner with them to provide end-to-end processes and integrated experience through core platforms/agents and modern digital technologies. We break down silos establishing foundational building blocks that enable Sanofi to operate as one unified organization and create efficiencies that can be redirected to science.

This role sits within the Business Operations DDO — Data & Analytics team, responsible for owning and delivering corporate data consumption solutions. The team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and analytics requests. We are also responsible for developing industry-leading and AI-driven solutions that transform how the business consumes and acts on data.

To support this mission, we are looking for a Senior Specialist who can design and build end-to-end solutions leveraging modern AI development platforms including Cursor and Claude.ai. The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack development expertise with hands-on knowledge of Java, Node.js, and React.js, enabling them to deliver robust, scalable analytics and agentic AI applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Power BI Architecture (Workspaces, Semantic Models, Reports, Apps) using data from Sanofi-specific tools such as Shine, Resource Advisor, and others

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI Semantic Models & Reports

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices

• Leverage Cursor and Claude AI platforms to develop Power BI dashboards

• Develop and support agentic AI workflows that interact with data pipelines and analytics systems

• Build and integrate Java-based backend components to support data processing and analytics automation

About You

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in modern data platform projects, especially as a Power BI Architect / Data Analytics professional

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong time management and organizational skills

Technical Skills

Primary Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

• Strong experience in Data Visualization & Storytelling

• Experience with Power BI Service, Governance, and CI/CD

• Experience with SQL for data querying

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and Modern Data Platform.

• Knowledge in snowflake
