Position

Database Analyst (Consultant)

Purpose

Database Analyst to collate, clean and publish data in the field of Real Estate. This data shall be used to publish research papers and policy papers

Job Type and Duration

A Consultant full time role, the engagement would be for a period of one-year, extendable based on performance and institute’s requirement.

Principal Accountabilities& Responsibilities

• Identify datasets that are interesting in the field of Real Estate

  
  

• Collate and maintain the database in a research-friendly format

  
  

• Aggregate and provide data as requested by the researchers 

  
  

• Create a content management system (CMS) for access with appropriate approvals and hierarchical mappings

  
  

• Maintain data integrity and authenticity subject to internal and external audits

  
  

• Be up-to-date and abide by the existing and upcoming laws and other legal provisions of data collection and protection.

  
  

Qualificationand Personal Profile

• Master's Degree holders in the field of Data Analytics, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, etc. (OR)

  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree holders in Engineering, Technology, Architecture or Design, with an exceptional programming background (AND)

  
  

• Exceptional track record in Python, MongoDB, NoSQL and other databases and programming languages (AND)

  
  

• Should be able to create robust and space-efficient databases

  
  

• Good track record in Web-scraping tools and techniques (AND)

  
  

• Exceptional skills in data representation through dashboards and drill-downs using Tableau, MS-BI, etc.

  
  

• Must be able to manage a CMS through a web portal using a robust architecture

  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s Degree holders in Data Analytics who aspire to be Principal Data Architects
