In this position, you will sit at the intersection of technology and governance,configuring andoptimizingour ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform, operationalizing businesscontinuityand disaster recovery processes, and ensuring our control environmentremainscontinuously audit-ready against frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
This is a role for a practitioner who takes pride in turning complex compliance requirements into elegant, automated platform solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners across Finance, HR, andEngineeringservingas a trusted advisor who makes GRC processes more accessible, efficient, and impactful. Your dashboards and reports will put real-time risk intelligence directly in the hands of senior leadership, helping drive smarter, faster decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Development
Execute advanced techno-functional configuration within the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform, including the design and deployment of automated workflows, development of risk and control indicators, and ongoing administration of risk registers to support a dynamic andaccuraterisk inventory.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Operations
Support the full operationalization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) andDisaster Recovery (DR) programs within ServiceNow, including facilitating Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities,maintainingcontinuity plans, and systematically tracking and documenting DR exercise outcomes.
Risk Assessment & Remediation
Build atechnical risk assessmentsframeworkacross internal systems and third-party vendors,automatingidentified findings, risk ratings, and remediation actions are accurately captured,andtracked, within the ServiceNow platform.
GRC Reporting & Dashboards
Build,maintain, and continuously improve advanced GRC dashboards and reports within ServiceNow, delivering real-time, actionable visibility into the organization's overall risk and compliance posture for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Continuous Compliance Monitoring
Deliver a proactive monitor, testing, and technical controlsvalidation process within IRMtomaintainongoing compliance with industry frameworks including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, with a focus on automating evidence collection and control testing to reduce manual effort and increase program efficiency.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary technical liaison between the GRC team and internal business functions including Finance, HR, and Engineering,providing guidance, training, and hands-on support to help teams effectively navigate GRC processes, policies, and platform tooling.
Qualifications
7+ yearsof hands-on experience in Cyber GRC, IT Audit, Information Security, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstratedproficiencywith ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
Practical, working experience supportingBusiness Continuity Management (BCM)andDisaster Recovery (DR)programs, including tool administration, plan maintenance, and exercise coordination.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow's technical development components includingFlow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scriptsand how they are applied to build andoptimizeGRC workflows.
Proven ability to translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable functional system configurations and platform requirements.
Hands-on experience withSnowflakeandTableau(or comparable BI/analytics platforms) for building compliance and operational reporting, data analysis pipelines, and executive-facing dashboards.
Preferred certifications include:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(CSA),CISA,CRISC
