The Senior Associate – Analytics, Power BI, Power Platform & AI Enablement supports the design, development, and delivery of enterprise analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities across CybersecurityGovernance, Risk & Compliancefunctions.
This role focuses onPower BI analytics,Power Platform solutions, andCopilot / AI‑enabled agent development, enabling data‑driven insights, operational efficiency, and future‑ready agentic use cases. Experience inRisk, Control, Audit, or Regulatory environmentsis preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Power BI
Develop, maintain, and enhancePower BI dashboards and reportsaligned to business and risk requirements.
Design data models, KPIs, and calculations usingDAX(Data Analysis Expressions)todeliveraccurateand actionable insights.
Perform analytical assessments to identify trends, risks, exceptions, and performance gaps.
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and consistency of reporting outputs.
Power Platform Delivery
Build and supportPower Appsfor structured data capture, workflows, control assessments, and evidence management.
Develop and managePower Automate flowsfor approvals, validations, notifications, and system integrations.
Ensure adherence to enterprisePower Platform governance, security, and environment standards.
Copilot, AI & Agentic Enablement
Support adoption ofMicrosoft Copilot and AI‑assisted capabilitiesacross analytics and operational workflows.
Contribute totraining, configuration, and evolution of AI agentsfor analytics, reporting, and decision support.
Enableagentic use casesusing:
API‑based integrations
Enterprise and governed data sources
Context‑aware querying, summarization, and insight generation
Partner with stakeholders to identify, prototype, and operationalizeAI and Copilot use casesaligned to business value and risk standards.
Support development ofAI usage guidelines, documentation, and training materials.
Risk & Control (Preferred)
SupportRisk & Control (PRC), audit, and regulatory initiativesthrough analytics, dashboards, and automation.
Enable metrics lifecycle management, control health indicators, evidence aging, and issue tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Lines of Defense where applicable.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Present analytical insights and AI‑assisted outputs to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Maintain solution documentation including data models, workflow logic, and AI design considerations.
Required Skills
Mandatory
Strong experience withMicrosoft Power BI(data modeling, DAX, dashboards).
Provendata analytics and reportingexpertise.
Hands‑on experience withPower Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate).
Exposure toMicrosoft Copilotand AI‑assisted tools.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred / Additional
Experience withAI or Copilot‑enabled solutions, including API‑driven data integration.
Understanding ofagentic AI concepts, data grounding, and enterprise data usage.
Background or exposure toRisk & Control, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Audit, or Compliance.
Familiarity withSharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise data environments.
Awareness ofAI governance, responsible AI, and data security principles.
Experience & Qualifications
6–8yearsof relevant experience in Analytics, BI, Power Platform, or Technology roles.
Experience in afinancial services or regulated environmentpreferred.

Contribution to NT’sAI and Agentic capability roadmapthrough Copilot, API‑driven data use, and governed AI adoption.
