We are looking for a skilled IAM professional with a strong hold on CyberArk PAM and solid troubleshooting capabilities. The resource should be flexible to learn and support PingFederate and Okta.
This role requires working in 2nd and 3rd shifts on a rotational basis.


Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.


Key Skills & Requirements


  • Strong hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • L2-level support experience in PingFederate, Okta, and CyberArk PAM
  • Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Experience in User Access Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
  • PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Flexibility to learn new IAM tools and technologies

Primary Responsibilities & Technical Scope


Active Directory


  • User access and password management
  • Troubleshooting user account lockouts

SailPoint


  • Identity Management
  • Business role and group management
  • Application onboarding and management
  • Access certifications
  • SailPoint support operations

PingFederate / PingAccess


  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and WS-Fed protocols
  • Troubleshoot authentication and access issues
  • Retire and decommission federation configurations

Okta


  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) troubleshooting
  • Manage and update MFA configurations as required
  • Configure SSO using SAML 2.0 and WS-Fed protocols

SSL Certificate Management


  • SSL certificate creation, renewal, replacement, and corrections (internal & external)
  • Installation of certificates on servers and load balancers
  • Manage certificate inventory
  • Troubleshoot SSL certificate issues

CyberArk Password Vault


  • Safe access and admin access management
  • Store passwords for service accounts and SSL certificates
  • Maintain CyberArk user license count
  • Troubleshoot CyberArk access-related issues

Endpoint Security (Symantec / Cisco Secure Endpoint)


  • Monitor endpoint risks and network threats
  • Version control and updates
  • Perform malware remediation activities

Service Accounts & SFTP


  • Create service accounts and vault passwords in CyberArk
  • Create SFTP accounts and vault credentials

Splunk


  • System and security log monitoring
