Customer Contact / Planner Contribute to reach targets of Delivery efficiency (FPD-RD) while reducing the capital cost (Low inventory, High rotation, shortest Lead-time), by implementing a world class interaction in terms of Forecast with CC and co-ordination with internal stakeholders Single point contact for Customer Center interaction – both internal for HHV related customer center questions as for other AC customer centers. Lead monthly level meetings & weekly CC-PC meetings with customer centres to formalize CC needs for coming months, and to acknowledge PC commitments Discuss production plan with accuracy based on plant and supplier capacity Make commitments based on item lead times, elasticity/flexibility of supplier capacity. Track both parties performance, analyse deviations, and raise flag. Propose process improvements (Forecast & PC commitments) PC team interaction (focus from M+2), make problems transparent and follow-up closure of actions Monitor Over-stock, Non-moving items, FIFO, quantity excess PO … in cooperation with finance Strive for 100% FTR- Material (no missing parts in Frozen Zone) Monitor inventory to reduce working capital Work out ideas and projects for improvements Monitor customer OTD first promised date and customer wish/requested date To succeed, you will need Proven record in Customer interaction, Relationship management, Planning, Manufacturing will be added advantage Fluent in English The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of production planning, warehouse management, and procurement The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and an advance competence of MS –Office application (Excel, word, presentation) Degree / Diploma in Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience.
