Your Responsibilities
Design, operate, and optimize enterprise container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift, AWS EKS, and AWS ECS.
Architect and standardize Kubernetes-based platform services across on-prem and cloud environments.
Implement and manage Crossplane for cloud resource orchestration.
Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.
Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.
Lead complex incident escalations, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediation.
Collaborate with global network, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
Maintain architecture documentation, operational standards, and runbooks.
Participate in on-call and shift rotations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in enterprise or cloud-native platform operations.
Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS/ECS.
Experience with Crossplane, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tooling.
Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience engineering.
Experience with monitoring stacks and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Ansible for automated configuration and deployment.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD and IaC methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams with strong communication skills.
