Key Roles & Responsibilities
Dashboard & Report Development
Develop extensive metrics and insights through Smartsheet using Dashboards and advanced formula creation, with expertise across Sheets, Workspaces, Reports, Forms, Workflows, Dynamic Views, Pivots, Functions and Formulas.
Design and publish leadership-ready reports and dashboards for program tracking, resource management, and operational visibility.
Build cross-sheet rollup reports consolidating data from multiple workstreams into a single executive view.
Design new Smartsheet solutions, automate existing workflows, build dashboards and reports, and integrate Smartsheet with other business tools.
Configure alerts, reminders, approval workflows, and row-level automation using Smartsheet's native automation engine.
Leverage Pivot App, Dynamic View, and WorkApps to extend reporting capabilities.
Integrate Smartsheet with Power BI for combined analytics reporting (detailed in next section).
Connect Smartsheet to upstream/downstream systems via REST API, Zapier, or middleware platforms.
Leverage connectors such as Salesforce Connector or similar third-party integrations to bring external data into Smartsheet solutions.
