Responsibilities Design custom high-speed logic gates for Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) macros using full-custom digital techniques. Optimize circuits for timing, performance, power, and area (PPA) targets. Analyze and debug transistor-level STA runs, timing reports, and functional issues. Perform QA checks to ensure design consistency, correctness, and sign-off readiness. Create design views and maintain clear functional and technical documentation. Skills Must have 2-3y exp Strong understanding of transistor behavior and digital gate characteristics. Proficiency in AMS and high-speed custom digital circuit design. Hands-on experience with HSPICE simulations, transistor-level STA, and Cadence Virtuoso (schematics/layout). Working knowledge of layout techniques for custom design implementation. Strong automation skills using Shell/Perl/Tcl/Python, with good analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Nice to have Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
