We are seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with technical precision, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized communications across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms
Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic
Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria
Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks
QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues andoptimizetechnical performance
Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams
Document technical processes andmaintaincampaign build standards
Requirements:
3-5years experiencebuilding campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
Proficiencywith HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging
Advanced knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries
Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content logic
Expert-level detail orientation with strong QA and testing mindset
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns
Experience withAMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial
Knowledge of multi-channel campaign coordination and calendar management
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for email and mobile messaging
