In this role, you will guide ideation, manage briefs, collaborate with editors/designers, and turn data insights into scalable creative strategies that support overall growth goals.
Responsibilities: Own creative ideation and strategy across brands, from concept through execution Lead and manage briefs, ensuring clear expectations and strong alignment across teams Partner with Growth Marketing to interpret ad performance data and identify new creative angles to test Manage timelines and deliverables across a team of editors, designers, and freelancers Build and maintain a testing roadmap that prioritizes high-impact concepts Source inspiration from top-performing competitors, platform trends, and cultural moments Regularly report on creative performance and learnings, tying results to business goals Help maintain a clear and organized creative tracker and testing log in Notion Foster a culture of speed, experimentation, and ongoing improvement within the creative team 2-3 years experience in a creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social role at a high-growth DTC brand or agency Direct response copywriting and marketing knowledge, understanding and skills Strong grasp of Meta ad creative best practices and how creative impacts ROAS/CAC Experience managing and giving feedback to editors, designers, and other creatives Comfort working cross-functionally across creative, growth, and brand teams Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Slack, and basic asset organization/production tools Solid understanding of performance metrics and ability to turn them into actionable insights Strong sense of visual and narrative storytelling across digital platforms Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution and delivery
