General Summary:

Provides process, analysis, support, transparency, and insight on product development in order to maintain a steady stream of deliverables. Manages and tracks operational and headcount budgets. Works cross functionally with various teams (i.e., finance, engineering, program management) to forecast and set budgets for programs and meet customer demands on support and tools. Partners with the business, third party vendors, and the broader functional teams to plan and operationalize to help execute overall strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.

CPU ENG OPS Manager India - RnR

• Headcount and hiring management –
  • General hiring POC – including new reqs, backfill, attrition, working with local TA’s, attending CPU bi-weekly hiring meetings
  • Interns, Interns RO, New Grads
  • CWF’s
  • Reports
  • Departments/Cost center - assignment and changes
• Project scoping –
  • Manage NRE for Vendor ARM projects. Final approval from US team
  • POC for NRE queries, follow up with India leads
  • Anticipate projects that will need CPU NRE inputs by looking ahead at program reviews
  • Attend NRE meetings in India time
  • Follow up with TPM, PgM on incremental spec updates and understand potential impact to NRE
  • Provide NRE comparisons with similar or hierarchical projects and explain the differences
  • Provide robust justifications (after consultation with leads) for all functions for their NRE needs. Be able to explain follow up questions
  • Update pcpt with NRE information
• Resource allocation support –
  • LOE Models (advanced)
  • Tempus backup
  • Workload/Mountain charts
