Key Responsibilities: Lead Strategic HR Planning that aligns with business goals and growth targets Drive Organizational Development (OD) efforts, including change management, leadership development, and cultural transformation Manage Workforce Planning & Talent Management , encompassing succession planning and skill development Ensure comprehensive Statutory Compliance by adhering to labor laws relevant to manufacturing environments Work closely with plant and site teams to enhance HR processes and industrial relations Develop and execute HR policies, frameworks, and performance management systems Assist business leaders with data-driven HR insights and decision support Promote employee engagement, retention initiatives, and employer branding Candidate Profile: Possess 12–16 years of experience in Corporate HR roles , preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector Demonstrate strong expertise in OD, workforce planning, and HR strategy Have a deep understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and industrial relations (IR) practices Experience managing both corporate and plant-level HR functions Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and collaborative leadership skills Willingness to travel regularly to the plant location in Palghar Must-have skills Manufacturing Industry Good-to-have skills HR Strategy Strategy Planning Corporate HR
