Your new role – challenging and future-oriented • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual planning process and deliver accurate monthly forecasts through bottom-up consolidation. • Performance Monitoring: Track actual results vs. budgets and forecasts, identify deviations, and follow up on corrective measures. • Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures, develop and maintain cost accounting systems, and suggest opportunities for optimization. • Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Deliver profitability studies and special analysis to support strategic decisions. • Project & Conceptual Work: Contribute to controlling-related initiatives and process improvements. • Asset & Inventory Management: Conduct regular assessments of assets, liabilities, and inventory to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Project Controlling & Compliance: Ensure accuracy in project books, aligned with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP. Oversee all related project reporting activities. • Overhead & Capacity Analysis: Analyze overheads, monitor capacity utilization, and assess absorption results across functions. Your new role – challenging and future-oriented • 5–6 years in a planning, budgeting, and controlling role within a project-based environment. • Commerce graduate, CA Preferred • Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices. • Tools Proficiency: Advanced Excel and SAP skills are essential.
