As a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Controls India Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the firm’s control environment across multiple programs, safeguarding organizational assets and ensuring operational integrity. You will be responsible for monitoring key controls, partnering with cross-functional teams to align on control objectives, and supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of control frameworks in line with regulatory requirements and firm-wide standards. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, clear and effective communication, and the ability to operate independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of operational risk and control management would be beneficial.
Project management experience in executing and managing multiple deliverables
Proven track record in process transformation and automation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of financial services experience, preferably in controls, risk management, or related functions.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and think strategically. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint along with knowledge of data analytical tools like Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage.
