Job description

Content Manager — Everhope  About Everhope  Everhope is rethinking cancer care in India — building a system that is more human, more informed, and more supportive for patients and their families.
  We’re not just providing treatment.
We’re building understanding, trust, and continuity through every stage of the journey.
Content plays a central role in that.
Role Overview  We’re looking for a Content Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience who can own key parts of Everhope’s content ecosystem and help scale it with us.
This is not a pure execution role.
You’ll be expected to think, structure, and improve, not just write.
You’ll work across:  Education (blogs, guides, explainers)   Patient communication (WhatsApp, CRM journeys)   Website and landing page content (Including ads)  Campaign and brand storytelling   What You’ll Own  1.
Content Planning & Execution  Execute against a monthly content plan across channels   Contribute to shaping content priorities based on user needs   Identify gaps and suggest new content ideas   2.
Writing & Editing  Write and edit blogs, landing pages, emails, and WhatsApp flows   Break down complex medical information into clear, accessible language   Maintain consistency in tone and structure across formats   3.
Funnel & Lifecycle Content  Support communication across the patient journey   Work on improving engagement and conversion through content   Collaborate with growth and product teams on messaging   4.
Collaboration  Work with oncologists to ensure medical accuracy   Partner with design and agencies  Coordinate with freelancers or external writers when needed   5.
Content Quality  Ensure content is clear, sensitive, and useful   Follow and help refine content guidelines and tone of voice   Keep the user’s emotional context in mind while writing     What We’re Looking For  3–5 years of experience in content, copywriting, or editorial roles   Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and structure   Ability to simplify complex topics without dumbing them down   Some exposure to lifecycle, CRM, or funnel-based content   Comfortable working with cross-functional teams   Ownership mindset (you take initiative and move things forward)     What Will Help You Do Well  Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust categories   Sensitivity to emotionally complex user journeys   Ability to balance empathy with precision   Interest in building systems, not just one-off pieces     How We Work  Small, focused teams with high ownership   Fast-moving, but thoughtful   Strong emphasis on clarity over volume     Why This Role Matters  Most cancer content today is either too clinical or too generic.
This role helps bridge that gap by making it accurate, human, and actually useful.
