The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Directs coordination and delivery of sub‑programmes aligned to strategic objectives.
• Establishes effective programme environments across people, process, and technology.
• Optimises resources to improve performance beyond bid baselines.
• Acts as primary contact for stakeholder and business unit engagement.
• Upholds exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, sustainability, and governance.
• Focuses on delivering programme benefits, outcomes, and risk management strategies.
• Builds inclusive, high‑performing teams and fosters knowledge sharing across Mace.
• Champions net zero carbon, digital innovation, and responsible business practices.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.
