ZeroFox seeks a Configuration Specialist to support the ZeroFox Customer Success program.
This role will be responsible for several tasks that will ultimately drive enhanced customer outcomes with the ZeroFox Platform, including platform configuration, platform optimization, and ongoing platform health monitoring and intervention.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the ZeroFox SaaS platform operates seamlessly, meeting the evolving business and technical needs of our organization and our customers.
We are looking for technically-minded individuals with superior communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Candidates with experience in SaaS configuration, onboarding, customer success technical operations, and platform support will be given priority consideration.
Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical configuration support to the Customer Success teams to enhance platform performance and operational efficiency.
Independently prioritize and manage multiple discrete tasks and workflows supporting overall team performance metrics.
Complete customer success playbooks that drive customer adoption and improved customer health.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ZeroFox platform capabilities, offering best practices and technical insights.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Services to align platform configurations with business objectives.
Define, document, and implement technical requirements into actionable platform configurations.
Design and develop technical solutions, including API integrations and custom workflows, to meet complex operational requirements.
Identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend product improvements based on technical data and feedback.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues to support operational excellence.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ZeroFox’s features, tools, and technical integrations.

Proven track record in configuring and managing SaaS platforms for enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Technical certifications such as CISSP, CISA, Security+, or similar.
Background in technical support, platform configuration, or operational roles within cybersecurity or SaaS organizations.
