Job Description

  • Assist chefs in daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks.


  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.


  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation according to food safety guidelines.


  • Chop, peel, and prepare ingredients as directed.


  • Store food items properly and check stock for freshness and inventory levels.


  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.


  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.


  • Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned after use.


  • Support the Demi Chef de Partie and other chefs with operations as needed.


  • Follow kitchen safety protocols and adhere to HACCP standards.



Qualifications

  •  Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred).


  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage

The Hotel is Managed by Accor, where we have, rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
