Assist chefs in daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation according to food safety guidelines.
Chop, peel, and prepare ingredients as directed.
Store food items properly and check stock for freshness and inventory levels.
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned after use.
Support the Demi Chef de Partie and other chefs with operations as needed.
Follow kitchen safety protocols and adhere to HACCP standards.
Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
The Hotel is Managed by Accor, where we have, rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Our operations are fast-paced and high-temperature kitchen environment.
