Role Overview
This role is a mix of Accounts Receivable, Costing, and Core Accounting. The primary focus will be on managing receivables while also contributing to costing, budgeting, and supporting the accounts team in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (50%)
* Manage end-to-end accounts receivable cycle
* Monitor collections, outstanding balances, and aging reports
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely payments
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Costing & Budgeting (30%)
* Assist in cost analysis and cost control initiatives
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities
* Work on cost sheets, variance analysis, and financial insights
Accounting Support (20%)
* Assist in preparation of books of accounts
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records
* Candidate Requirements
* CMA (Qualified) – Mandatory
* Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience
* Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and basic accounting
* Exposure to costing and budgeting concepts
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus
