**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation, security, networking, and DevOps practices. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. + Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions. + Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation, cloud infrastructure management, and DevOps solutions. + Monitor system performance, availability, and security. + Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. + Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. + Manage cloud networking, storage, compute, and security configurations. + Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application deployment issues. + Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams. + Ensure compliance with security standards and disaster recovery policies. + Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization. **Who we are:** At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.
