About the Role



We are looking for an accomplished Cloud Architect – Staff Engineer with strong full‑stack software development expertise to design, build, and scale modern cloud‑native platforms. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role suited for engineers who enjoy solving complex architectural problems while remaining close to the code.




You will play a key role in shaping cloud architecture, driving engineering best practices, and delivering highly reliable, scalable, and secure systems used across global teams and customers.




Key Responsibilities




Cloud Architecture & System Design



  • Architect and evolve cloud‑native and hybrid solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective.



  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into robust cloud architectures.



  • Define architecture, reference designs, and best practices across the team.



  • Review and guide designs related to microservices, APIs, messaging platforms, and data stores.




Full Stack Software Development



  • Architect, design, and build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Python.



  • Develop frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.



  • Build well‑structured APIs (REST / GraphQL) and reusable service components.



  • Ensure code quality, test coverage, documentation, and production readiness.




DevOps & Infrastructure



  • Partner on CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.



  • Drive cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and security best practices.




Technical Leadership



  • Act as a technical mentor and guide for junior engineers.



  • Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.



  • Contribute to long‑term technology strategy and platform modernization initiatives.




Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.



  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with significant exposure to cloud‑based systems.



  • Strong hands‑on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).



  • Proven experience building and running distributed, production‑scale systems.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive projects execution.



  • Solid full‑stack background:



    • Backend development (Java, Python)



    • Frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks)



    • SQL / NoSQL databases, including databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.



    • Deal with designing systems which can process, transform, and analyze data at scale



  • Strong understanding of:



    • Microservices architectures



    • Cloud security, IAM, networking



    • Observability platforms such as Grafana / Prometheus or Datadog.



    • Kubernetes and container‑based platforms



    • Cloud services such as EC2, EKS, API Gateway, RDS, S3, SQS, IAM, VPC, and Secrets Manager.




Preferred Qualifications



  • Exposure to streaming platforms, or data/analytics pipelines.



  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.



Familiary with LLMs, RAG & Agents
