Job description

We are seeking qualified and experienced Psychologists (part-time/full-time) to join our growing team as an Onsite Psychologist. As our Onsite Psychologist, you will be the cornerstone of our mental well-being initiative. You will provide high-touch, empathetic support to our employees, fostering a culture of resilience and psychological safety through individual counseling, group workshops, and peer-to-peer support.

What You'll Do


  • Provide 1-1 mental health counselling / coaching for employees on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources).
  • Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
  • Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions.
  • Maintain monthly utilisation reports to track wellbeing trends and inform future wellbeing strategies.
  • Deliver new hire training sessions on resilience, identifying and managing stress triggers, and available wellbeing resources.
  • Attend and complete all required continuous developmental tasks, including clinical supervisions, module completion etc.
