(Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with key customers across industrial sectors. The role focuses on account growth, customer engagement, and delivering value-driven digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (Plant, IT/OT, Procurement, etc.)


  • Drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities


  • Identify customer needs and propose digital transformation solutions


  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery


  • Handle customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and improve retention


  • Maintain account plans, pipeline, and regular updates to management


Requirements:


  • B.E./B.Tech with experience in Industrial Automation / Networking / Technical Sales / Account Management


  • Knowledge of Industrial Networking, OT/IT, SCADA/MES, or Manufacturing systems


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
