Join JPMorgan Chase’s Client Account Services team, where precision in client reference data powers flawless trading and settlements. Collaborate across dynamic product areas to maintain 



As an Team Leader in Client Account Services, you will own the timely and accurate setup and maintenance of client and counterparty static data. You will validate requests, maintain SSIs and confirmation recipients, and ensure downstream linkages across core processing platforms. You will partner closely with stakeholders to uphold rigorous controls, remediate data issues, and support exception monitoring and MIS reporting.


Job Responsibilities 


  • Authenticate requests and perform due diligence per documented procedures.
  • Open customer records across branches and systems, ensuring correct linkages and downstream impact.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in confirmation recipients and SSI maintenance with zero tolerance for client data breaches.
  • Present innovative ideas and implement solutions under supervision of managers and stakeholders.
  • Partner effectively and work seamlessly in a collaborative manner across teams.
  • Support team and peers to achieve shared objectives and goals.
  • Maintain account mapping integrity between various systems.
  • Analyze data, research discrepancies, and execute remediation based on assignments.
  • Follow procedural guidelines consistently and strengthen control adherence.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to process changes.
  • Maintain MIS reports, track volumes, and monitor productivity accurately.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Demonstrate strong adherence to procedures and controls with analytical, risk, and control orientation.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with internal business partners at varying levels of seniority.
  • Apply SSI data governance principles to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliant operations.
  • Understand regulatory requirements within the financial services sector and apply them to static data processes.
  • Reconcile records and resolve breaks to uphold data integrity across platforms.
  • Analyze complex issues and solve problems with structured, data-driven approaches.
  • Present information clearly with strong oral and written communication and influencing skills.

  • Leverage FX Markets and Custody & Fund Services product knowledge to anticipate downstream impacts.
  • Manage change effectively and adapt within evolving environments and process transformations.
  • Operate autonomously as a self-starter with strong time management and prioritization.
  • Utilize Alteryx to streamline data preparation, remediation, and reporting workflows.
  • Visualize operational metrics and controls using Tableau dashboards for insights and transparency.
  • Apply Xceptor to automate and control data ingestion, validation, and exception handling.
  • Employ Saphyre to facilitate account onboarding, documentation, and SSI lifecycle management.
