Additionally, they are responsible for resource allocation, performance metric tracking, compliance with safety regulations, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements that can be scaled across the entire cluster, ultimately contributing to the organization's commitment to rapid, accurate order fulfillment in the competitive quick-commerce landscape.
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
