  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs across business units, ensuring scalable deployment of digital platforms and advanced technologies (AI/GenAI, IoT, cloud).
  • Institutionalize digital-first operating models and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes including cost optimization, efficiency gains, enhanced customer experience, and revenue enablement.
  • Establish governance frameworks, program management excellence, and risk mitigation strategies for digital initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, capability building, and cultural transformation towards innovation and agility.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to influence digital strategy and execution.

Critical Must-Have Deliverables:



  • Operationalized enterprise digital transformation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs.
  • Successful deployment and scaling of enterprise digital platforms (data lakes, analytics ecosystems, CRM, automation tools).
  • Measurable value realization through defined ROI frameworks and business KPIs.
  • Robust governance and risk management frameworks ensuring compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
